my mom has THE best tortilla soup. so, i asked her to email me the recipe and this is what i got: “boil chicken….de-bone…saute garlic, onion, whatever veggies you want. add to chicken stock. add carrots, corn, tomatoes, green chilies. add some whole or ground cumin. bring to a boil. add cilantro to taste. slice some corn tortillas in strips and add to pot....

I forgot to post yesterday. Sorrrrrrrrrry. I’m just so bored and annoyed with it I don’t even want to talk about it.

Day three! Wee!!
I’m over this diet man. Fuck meat.
Same breakfast, same cafe express chicken breast, ate at my favorite taco place and just ate the chicken out of the taco. Ugh.
BUT I found out that I can have jerky!!!! So yum omg.

end of day two!
I had another whack pancake this morning. Cooked it longer and made it really big, not so thick. Whacked oaty perfection, man.
For lunch, I had shrimp. Which was awesome considering everyone at work were all bitches when I brought it in. At least it’s not fucking tuna at 8:30am. Assholes.
